If the service is not delivered within 30 days of payment, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund. The 30-day period begins from the date we receive complete documentation and payment.
Once the service has been successfully delivered to the customer (registration completed or inspection passed), no refund will be applicable under any circumstances. Service delivery is considered complete when we provide the registration number or inspection approval confirmation.
Customers may request a cancellation within 72 hours of payment. If a request is made within this period, a 33.3% refund will be issued, with 66.6% retained as an inspection and processing fee. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after 72 hours of payment or once the internal processing has been completed—whichever comes first.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For bank transfers, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
